Cashman (Mr. Cashman)

Cashman (Mr. Cashman) is a senior government/military advisor who participates in Situation Room and executive-branch planning discussions about crisis response. He drafts and coordinates response scenarios with State and Defense counterparts and is cited by others (notably Admiral Fitzwallace) as a restraint-minded, politically attuned voice warning against disproportionate action. In the episode "A Proportional Response" he is both a technocratic planner criticized for perceived delays and a source of counsel about proportionality, coalition consequences, and domestic political risk.
