Elevator

A cramped metal box with sliding doors and flickering overhead lights, the elevator groans under the strain of the Empress’s failing systems during the collision aftermath. Its walls vibrate with the pressure of damaged hydraulics, and the floor lurches unpredictably as Rigg and The Doctor half-carry Secker inside, barely keeping pace with the medics who follow. The atmosphere is thick with the scent of ozone and sweat.
