As a static canopy it appears as needle‑bright pinpricks across deep black; during violent motion or at warp those points smear into long, filamentary streaks that flood the interior with moving light. The vista carries no physical mass but serves as an orienting horizon and dramatic backdrop — characters press against the glass or watch quietly, and the same visual can register wonder, comfort, disorientation, or foreboding depending on the scene.
