Tall White Rock Cliffs (Island Cove; includes Submerged Cliff Tunnel)

Towering white rock cliffs rise sharply from the sea, encircling a pristine island cove and forming a narrow, deadly entrance the submarine approaches at night. From the periscope the cliffs read as a sheer ring of stone that forces rapid improvisation; as the vessel submerges the same cliffs continue below the surface into a constricting underwater tunnel. Submerged stone presses close, gouging the submarine's hull and dragging thick marine vines that snag at Indy. The tunnel's jagged walls trap scant six-inch air pockets against the ceiling, amplifying isolation and the urgency of Indy's frantic survival efforts.
