Front of the Temple

Indiana Jones and Satipo push through the ancient temple's damp interiors, starting at the shadowed main entrance. They climb the tight inclined passage slick with moisture, past hanging plants and jagged stalactites, as water drips echo and unseen creatures scurry. In the Hall of Shadows, tarantulas crawl up Indy's jacket; he brushes them off with his whip while Satipo panics, and Indy swiftly pockets small artifacts from niches and ledges. When Indy lifts the golden idol from the sanctuary altar, the temple activates: darts fly down corridors, spikes rise in the foyer to claim Satipo, and a massive boulder rolls from the inner sanctum, crushing stone and Indy's hat before slamming shut the exit as he dives free.
