A pair of predatory Devidian aliens from Devidia II who masquerade as 19th-century aristocrats to infiltrate human society. The Devidian Doctor (male) poses as a physician and carries a snake-headed cane and satchels for neural energy harvesting, while the Devidian Nurse (female) poses as a nurse and works in tandem with him. They operate as a coordinated unit, exploiting temporal anomalies to harvest human neural energy from death. Their eerie, detached demeanor and calculated indifference reveal acute awareness of temporal anomalies. The pair's silent, purposeful movements and coordinated actions embody an insidious threat to the fabric of history, as they systematically pursue sustenance across eras while evading detection. Notable encounters include confrontations with Picard, Riker, and Crusher.
