Stacy

Stacy is a college peer in Zoey Bartlet’s cafeteria circle who functions as a vocal, protective friend and a marker of Zoey’s ordinary campus life. She participates in casual French-practice with the group, calls out outsiders who violate campus boundaries, and defends Zoey and David Arbor when a reporter provokes them. Though a background character, Stacy’s blunt loyalty and willingness to confront media aggression crystallize the social stakes that turn a private student moment into a political flashpoint for the administration.
